Ontario’s got it going on!
This weekend, grab a van with a couple of friends and head down to Ottawa. This Saturday is the last representation of Crazy Smooth’s IZM show. Also in Toronto is taking place the annual Harborfront Battle. There you go, two good reasons to go out of town this week. Un Bon Weekend / A Good Weekend
Start off your Saturday with the Hip Hop You Don’t Stop Festival. On the menu:
- Bboying Workshop
- 1vs1 Bboying battle
- Powermove battles
- Graffiti competition on Trucks

And did I mention its…FREE?
Then Make your way downtown to the DissTorsion studios on St-Catherines to take part at the 2vs2 event No Shame In The Game. With a good list of participants and faces from out of town it should be the battle not to miss!. Only 5$ to get in.
Finally come and finish your night off at what should be THE place to party this Saturday night: You Better Waack-O-Nize 2nd Edition at club Hohm on St-Laurent. If you came at the last one, you know it was HOT! So don’t miss on it. Only 8$ for some good music and good vibes.
Finally for those of you who want more, this Sunday DJ Shash’U is going to be spinning for you at Cafeteria on St-Laurent.

C’est l’été et l’équipe de MTL Bboying ne prennent pas de vacances. NO MONSIEUR! Malgré que nous soyons absents jusqu’en Novembre du cote événementielle, nous travaillons sur plusieurs projets pour faire bouger la ville à notre retour! Finalement venez finir votre soirée à ce qui devrait être LA place ou faire le party ce samedi soir: You Better Waack-O-Nize 2e édition au club Hohm sur St-Laurent. In light of the recent earthquake in Haiti, all proceeds raised from RCC will go towards the Association de Solidarité Internationale et de Developement Multiples (ASIDM) which provides relief in Haiti. There will also be a donation box at the door so if people wish to donate more they can.
